WHY WE LOVE IT HERE!
FAQ
Have questions? We have the answers!
The church is located in Raleigh, NC, and the address is 4706 Creedmoor Road. We love being a church that serves the Research Triangle region.
Service times are on Sundays at 8:45 and 11:00 AM. Both our 8:45 and 11:00 services meet in person in our sanctuary, and our 11:00 service is also livestreamed on Facebook Live. Each service lasts about 50 minutes. Whichever time is best for you, we can’t wait to meet you!
Parking is available in the front of the campus as you enter from Creedmoor Road. You may also enter from our Sugar Bush entrance and park in the back parking lots.
We love our kids and youth at Benson Memorial! Whether it's Sunday School, preschool, special events and programs, or Vacation Bible School, you are sure to find something for all ages. Cortney Babajtis, our Minister of Families and Outreach, has a full program of events she would love to talk to you about!
At our 45- to 50-minute services, you’ll find a relaxed and friendly atmosphere where everyone is welcome. The bulletin is available to download each week and the order of service is projected on the wall for a no-contact worship experience. The pastor speaking will appear on stage in person. Children are welcome and encouraged to attend the service. We also have childcare and a nursery available in the Fellowship Hall and Administration buildings.
We have many ministry opportunities here at Benson Memorial UMC. Some of our ministry areas are listed on our Groups page, but others are always being added. If you are looking for a way to serve, just give Pastor Alan a call at 919-787-0789 or email him at afelton@nccumc.org. We will find a place for you!
We have new small groups starting all the time: Bible Studies, book discussion groups, Sunday School classes, and support groups for people navigating grief or addiction. Our website and social media will keep you up to date on any new groups that are starting. If you’d like more information about our existing small group opportunities, email Pastor Alan at afelton@nccumc.org.
Volunteering is a great way to find your place in the church, feel like part of a community, and serve Jesus at the same time. God has uniquely equipped every person with specific skills and gifts. As Christians, we want to look for ways to use these gifts! There are always opportunities to involve yourself in outreach. Give our Minister of Families and Outreach Cortney Babajtis a call at 919-787-0789 or send her an email at cortneypaige84@gmail.com. We'll get you plugged in in no time!
